For example, if their hurt because their familiar died? Hmm? Well, in the eyes of the laws, nobody shall get flagged for it because it didn't hurt a real citizen of thera.

Let's say, your familiar steals in town, while you are outside town controlling it. If we can prove that you asked your monkey to steal from someone in town, you will be flagged for it (in my opinion). Although, I haven't seen such a case yet so I can't see if it's provable already.

What I see, is that this is going to add more difficulties to the arbiters' jobs and to show people that being an arbiter is hard sometimes.

No other cabal get such complaining, whining and ungrateful people in their whole existance then the Arbiters do in a week.

Now, the point of this is that if you people, have to complain about the new conjurers' tricks in town, be patient, it's a new dimension that we have to deal with.
