I been working all day, and when I read the post I realised it was mostly incoherent rubbish so I will start again.:

Perhaps I will start with this like it or lump it
the interviews are going to stay the same, those
questions whether you like it or not are staying
the same.

Hmm questions no newbie can answer, questions that
when something that could be deemed "correct" is
given I dont accept it. I will take a stab in the
dark and assume that this refers to the "Invis/
Detect Invis" question. The reason I dont accept
any answer in the most part is because when I ask
this question I direct the student down a very
narrow path for a specific question. I offer a
huge number of hints in some cases the question is
very simple to answer if one has the ability to
think for a moment.

The reason why some people get four five six interviews
is because I give everyone a 100 percent chance of joining
the Tower naturally interviews cut a few people out but this
is to be expected. A prime example of someone who is very
new to Cabals is Relias, he did a fantastic job, looked to
himself and decided "I am getting into this Cabal I have no
fear that I may not know it all because I will do anything I
am able to do to learn." And Six interviews later Five or so
quest later he did do it, Yes I have a high standard of people
who are in Masters but anyone can do it.

For me a Cabal of people that are active and keen on being in
it is far more important than having a group of "I know
everything this is my Seventh Master" type people. Those that
are keen will learn a great deal in Masters and are more likely
to spend time exploring. The Masters are in my eyes the pinicle of
Magical knowledge of course, but also general knowledge, chances are
if you want to know something a Master will know it where others dont.

In this respect we may not have the Orb, it would be nice to have it
yes but if it is guarded to strongly, patience is the key, and one can
must always remember you can still do things for your Cabal without the
Orb. When I was inducted we basically never had the Orb, so I went somewhere
quiet and practiced my ass off, gained a rank here and there when I could.
Along with a few other things, the point I try to make is that I could still
function without the Orb I personally see a Cabaled person being useless if
they cannot function for a time, without Powers. If you give up matters are only
going to get worse. This is partly why the Pendulum keeps swinging, Empire grows
strong shit kicks everyone people start playing empire and things just get worse and
worse and worse. Hmm this is kinda getting to a rant on another Matter.

Well enough said I think, to summarise Everyone has an equal chance to get in, and
I will help those who struggle, its part of learning what Masters are about. To all
that have had there umpteenth Master now, remeber this "Knowing something is a totally
different thing to understanding it."
