What do you think inspires those decisions? Do you really think the Knight cabal would be gone if you needed more than one hand to count the truly honorable characters in it? Hell no. Do you think the standards on Battle would have been relaxed if most of the cabal didn't act like they do now, anyway, and cry about how they couldn't stack up if they didn't when they were called on it? Again, I say unto you: Hell no.

That depends somewhat on the values of your cabal. Comes back to that roleplaying thing you may have been hearing about. All is a generalization, and as we know, all generalizations are wrong.
