You log in your mage and you ask everybody in your pk range if they'll group. Undoubtedly they'll say no because they all hate magic. Doing this is just to find out whether or not you might actually get to learn with your main character. Once you find out that your entire pk range is rager wannabes log out. Then you log in your big strong anti-paladin, doesn't really matter what race he is, so long as he can kick some ass. I suggest looting a few heroes on Eastern road around 11th rank. Once you've got a nice hit/dam, some decent armor, and a bad attitude, you walk around and slay all the goddam lowbie rager wannabes. Then when they unghost you slay them again...and again...and again. Once all of the rager wannabes have lost a con or two, you'll find many of them getting tired of dying to invisible menaces and deciding they don't hate magic much anymore. Then you log in your mage again and ask them if they want to group, and they'll probably say yes. If you let them keep their gear while you're in your anti-paladin they won't be naked so they can group with your mage. At the very least if they refuse to convert to the use of magic they'll log out and will probably log on another character. Hopefully a lowbie mage lover and not a lowbie mage.
