For mages, it seems the only reasonable way to rank is to find a competant warrior-type fellow and put him in front. However, given the current situation Thera is in (little Rager-bes running around everywhere) it is rather difficult for a mage to find a decent party and go a-rankin'.
Now, lets say the Immortals added an area (designed for ranking, a la emerald forest, Battlefield) where a good deal of the mobs to be slain were spellcasters. Ie. weak and few physical attacks, but nifty spells. This way the mages of thera might be able to hold their own in the ultimate ranking party of invoker/transmuter/necromancer *grin*.
Just an idea to spice up the life of mobiles and such and whatnot and blahblahblah...
