I used nightgaunts because they're damn powerful, and you can pretty much kill off 90% of your opponents without having to worry about dying yourself. It takes absolutely no skill to use them, and the reason I rolled up a conjurer in the first place was to try to see if they really were as overpowered as people said. I haven't used nightgaunts much with my other conjurers for some reason, but I'm going to with the next ones.

But I would very much like to know if this is official dogma, that binding evil creatures as a maran is a big no-no.
