Transmuter Question on Airforms.(Text):

I have a transmuter rolled up and im trying to decide on whether to major in offence or air.
I dont have any experience with air forms, so any information would help.
1)Can they Flyto any person, any place, like the nightguants do? Or does the person have to be in the general area as the muter.
2)While flying around are they in their own 'special zone' above the land? Or can anyone see the forms in their imediate sqaure until the form 'comes down'?
3)How do they compare as an offensive threat to Offence Majors?

Any opinions on Air and Offence Forms would be appreciated.
