I already have began to answer some questions about the laws and the conjurers. Those last add a new dimension of laws we didnt even though off before. Per exemple, if thier familiar get killed in town while they were outside town and get hurt because thier familiar died? hum? Well In the eyes laws, no one is to be flagged for that since this was not a true attack on a theran citizen. But, let's say, your familiar, steal in town, while you are outside the town and control it, if we can proove you asked your monkey to steal someone in town, you will be flagged (in my opinion), but I havent yet seen such a case so I can't see if it's provable already. What I see, it's that it's more difficulties add to the arbiters jobs and to show peoples that beein an arbiters is a very hard times. No other cabals get such complain, such whining and such ungrateful in thier whole life than the arbiter cabal can get in 1 week. Now, the point is that if you, peoples, have to complains about the new conjurers tricks in town, be patient, it's a new dimension, us, arbiters have to deal with. Grummore
